Pros

It’s a very fast paced and physical environment if you enjoy that. The store is standardized so if and when you are sent to other stores it’s fairly easy to figure out what’s going on because it’s always the same layout and procedure. The pay is good and it’s a smaller team. If you get to be in management you really learn a lot.

Cons

The specific store that I worked at was terrible because of management and favoritism. Outside of the specifics of that store, it can be a really stressful company to work for since they care so much about KPIs and speed the way that other stores do not. They also have a lot of strict rules like their attendance policy, which essentially gets you fired after being late 3 times by 5 minutes. Their schedules are based on sales so you may get stuck working hours you didn’t ask for and it’s really hard to get management to change them because the team is so small.

Pros

Great coworkers, nice work flow.

Cons

You have to do a lot in an opening shift. You have x hours to stock all the pallets before open, sometimes there are a lot so you have to move quickly.
