Competitive pay ok paid time off if you're full time.
Cons
Horrible management Unrealistic speed expectations They score your cashier speed (can be over 100% it makes absolutely no sense they can't explain how it's calculated) There's a high cliche system in every store I've worked at. (4 stores in 2 different states) They refuse to give employees 2 days off in a row, even on week days unless it's a one time thing you request. They expect employees to close until 830-9pm and be back at 5am at least once a week! Depending on the store some managers with text the entire store in a group text over things being misplaced..it's just way too stressful for 16ish an hour!
