Pros
You work solo Insurance Discounts(cell discount is easy to beat by other companies with no discount) "Union"
Cons
*New hires are now rushed through training and are left unprepaired for the actual work in the field. When you getvto the field your manager will hate you because you are hurting their numbers and with ride you until you quit* Every position you're working towards is being removed and their work is being placed on you. You're given less time, with higher expectations. Your raises are eaten up by the rising cost of the insurance. No cost of living adjustments. Bonuses requirements have gotten so high no one even check to see it they got it anymore. You have no idea if you get off at 2pm or 11pm and there is no way to predict when you'll be off. This leaves you not planning anything with family and friends. You will work three out four weekends a month. If you have kids, this means you'll miss 75% of what they do. This is the reality of this job. I'm not even trying ro make it sound bad. These are just the facts. I've been here 8 years and everyone I know with 6 months + is trying to leave. Remember, there is a real reason they have that sign on bonus and it's because that's the only thing that will keep you here.
