Cons
My experience depended heavily on the project. Some of my friends had a positive experience, but mine was more challenging due to management style. I often received off-shift calls and was asked to work outside my core domain. At times, I felt unfairly blamed for mistakes made by junior team members, and there were instances that felt discouraging rather than supportive.
