Your experience depends a lot on the project you are assigned to. I was not that lucky, being assigned on a project with a difficult manager that “micro-managed” everything there is to manage, for example he would get mad at me when I wouldn’t have much to report in the daily meeting, in times when prior to the end of sprint I had NO REMAINING TASKS assigned. I had difficulties taking PTO in summer because we had releases scheduled and the internal employees of the client were treated with priority when submitting PTO requests
