Good people to work with and good work culture. You can get Onshore opportunities but strictly depending on the project. Lot to processes to streamline work. Free Company Transport
Cons
In Mumbai, Accenture's major office is located outside the mainland which makes is difficult to reach. Although they provide free company transport it takes a lot of time to travel due to the distance and traffic especially if you live in western line. Since it is a big company, lot to people are there to manage work instead of doing the actual work. 10 hours of work along with travelling eats up our entire day plus no time for anything else.
