-Challenging and interesting work (other companies wouldn't hire Accenture if they could fix it themselves) -Great benefits and compensation package -Great people to work with -Very well explained and understood laddering system and general time frame for promotion -Great learning resources
Cons
-Long hours, expect some days where you may put in overtime -Sometimes reporting overtime is discouraged so as not to exceed a project budget -Flying every week or every other week is sometimes the norm, even as an analyst
