      Accenture in Mexico can't be compared to rest of company - Data Engineer Accenture Employee Review

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule (depending on current client/project), I had a good work/life balance with home office options and more of a results based work time and not necessarily counting hours. Vacation days can be used from the get-go (as long as you've accumulated the hours without having to wait a year like in most Mexican companies). Generally approachable leadership in Monterrey (more on this in cons).

      Cons

      Approachable does not mean they give a rat's behind or will take any of your concerns to any sort of resolution. Only sycophants get ahead here, and men. Harrassers are protected by their leadership friends.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
