Pros
You get to work with smart and dedicated people. Salary and benefits aren't bad, but they get their money's worth.
Cons
The hiring process is terrible. I lost over $12K in potential pay because my recruiter screwed up my start date and forced me quit my previous job too early. Work-life balance is also non-existent. I was working 50-60 hours a week on top of travel. Expect to travel every week for months on end. This may be fine for young, single professionals starting out their careers, but not for people with families (especially with young kids). Also, it's worth pointing out is that to be successful, you are expected to sell, especially at manager levels, which sucks for the technical/builder-types. One final observation from my short tenure there is that Accenture is not interested in building solid, thoughtful solutions for their customers. Instead, the are mostly focused on throwing as many bodies as possible at the problem and squeezing as much $$$ out of the customer as possible.
