Pros
A company with a strong and renowned brand, it looks good on your cv as it encompasses high quality. A good PR. The leadesrhip strategy is clearly defined and well communicated down the hierarchy levels (meaning that you have an access to the links with the leadership's podcasts).
Cons
Training opportunities are limited by a low budget. This company states that their focus is on developing your talents and potential, in reality that hardly happens. A highly hierarchical company. I saw quite a lot of covert bullying - a way how to establish who is the boss and who is the inferior. Not a company where an intergrity and respect take place.
