- Low salary for resources who are loyal and staying with the company for long years. - If you are Manila Resource stay away from Cebu managers they are highly bias, they prioritize their kapwa cebuano and give promotions based from location and not strictly on performance, they include location in the decision for promotion. If your someone from Cebu then your lined up even if there is someone better than you simply because you are from Cebu.
