      Pros

      . Good Project : Good Work .Its all depends on project manager. What kind of work environment you will get. Accenture have very nice & disciplined policies, even your manager can't yell or miss-behave at you. .Luckily my Manager was nice & intelligent, he knows very well from employees how to get work done.

      Cons

      . You don't know which project, what technologies you will be assigned before joining. . While joining you can negotiate as much as you can, because Accenture HR's always want to give less Accenture. . They consider your previous employment like Tier1, tier 2, tier 3.. companies.

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
