Pros
The work culture at Accenture is one of the best and this is the reason for me to work there.
Cons
Rewards and Recoginition are not "fair". There is no recognition to hard work and promotions are biased especially at the delivery centers outside of US. Mid-level Management is very selfish, egoistic and harsh. There is no focus on developing future leaders. The HR dept is given undue importance and they influence things too much in the company, even in matters like Performance and Promotion readiness etc. (which i think should be best left to the Supervisors). There is no value for even loyality at Accenture....no one cares if you are 5 years old or 1 year old. Management sees them all as one.
