Pros
IW senior management dose care about its people and its clients. You do also get to work with very knowledgeable and experience people and if you get on the right project you will get to work with great technology
Cons
Since Accenture took over its slowly becoming a bureaucratic nightmare. Most of my time is now filled timesheets, ensuring laptop is compliant and pointless training courses. Because of this, allot of the experience engineers are leaving and there is a bit of "brain drain" happening. I expect IW to be fully integrated with Accenture within a year and the brand to disappear
