Not every single person sucks, you are given a mentor and mine is wonderful
Cons
HR doesn't care about you, they will force you onto projects you have no interest in and you'll get stuck there. Most managers are horrible. They're rude, impossible to please, and don't have any real skills. Within "technology" most people have no technical background or skills, including higher ups. They hire tons of fresh meat because most people quit within a year or two. You don't even unlock all company benefits until almost two years in.
