Pros
As an intern, schedules are respected, you get involved into projects and get relevant work assigned. Great for a first experience and to gain confidence using PPT and Excel.
Cons
Very hierarchial. No exposure to senior level employees as an intern. Just in contact with analysts. Usually not in direct contact with clients (there are exceptions) unabling to gain a global perspective on the job and shadowed by analysts who take account of your job to seniors.
