Pros
Accenture has a great name. Its worth it to man-up, and deal with less than ideal working conditions for the name on your resume. I have learned quite a bit; but again, in a less than ideal environment.
Cons
Long hours for little recognition. Many people have vastly different experiences, coming from the same position - its really the luck of the draw. While I technically have one supervisor, the amount of people I report to and have efforts coming from is completely ineffective.
