Pros
Reputation in the industry and access to some very bright individuals.
Cons
Sr Executives are more concerned about their projects than they are about the people who work on them. Many Sr Exececutives are not totally honest about the scope and potential of a project. Feedback received during a project does not match up with the formal performance review process. Training is not available for key components of a role. It's almost impossible to attend conferences and seminars outside of Accenture which gives us a very miopic view of our Customer's needs
