Pros
There are some great people working there and many are very young: it's easy to create good relationships with fellow employees. Some of the projects can be very interesting and pay, for Italian standards, is good. Careers advancements can be quite fast too. Pressure from very demanding bosses compels to become smart quickly and to learn how to work fast (essential to survive and very helpful in following jobs)
Cons
Managers usually expect people to stay at work way after their regular time, even if they have nothing to do, simply as a sign of commitment: by the way, overtime hours are rarely compensated. Career advancements are no longer so quick as they used to be. Many people are stressed and treat subordinates with low or no respect: yelling and scolding for any, even minor, mistake is the rule. To get promoted it is mandatory to take more and more internal work (i.e.: not related to customers) from bosses. Work/life balance is bad and I don't think the pay is high enough to compensate it.
