Pros

Allowed work from home. Nothing else.

Cons

This review is for Accenture Federal Services. It's a big company so your experience may vary. Worked on a very "process" heavy project that exhibited no leadership. The program and project managers were absent from many meetings, showed no leadership, and no vision of how to move the project forward. The result is endless meetings every day, low morale, "paper-pushing" instead of getting the job done, slicing and dicing the same information over and over in different formats. The management style can be appear to be somewhat condescending and the people are not valued. It's endless meetings with sudden, last minute tasks. No consideration of people's time with all the meetings we have. Nothing much has been done, too much time wasted, and nobody notices this is wrong. In the meantime, the deadline is approaching. Culture is not cohesive and is not appealing. Endless bureaucracy. Many redundant processes and people. Don't think the management even has a clue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
