Pros

Wfh most of the time (only RTO once every 2 weeks ] Mobile / internet claims up to RM200/ month Flexi Benefits up to RM4k/ year 1 month sign on bonus Up to RM300 transport claims to/from office

Cons

High turnover rate (8 out of 23 resigned in the past 2 months ], mainly due to career progression / increment issues and uncertainty given by new management. Manager not residing in KL interfering with KL team’s RTO schedule That manager also forced a new joiner into mental distress by manipulating them, constantly forcing them to relocate to KL despite they are willing and actually travelling to office during RTO days That manager also complained to HR saying this new joiner is manipulative etc, framing this new joiner and trying to make them not pass their probation Funny thing is, this manager doesn’t even go to office in his location but he’s trying to make people in KL go into office more often when he doesn’t even live in KL Low bonus Little to no increment/ promotion / career growth

Pros

There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

Cons

This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
