Once throw out from the project , No Support from Senior Management... No Idea who should we contact for next assignment. you will be isolated from others you feel alone ...be sure you will resign in 2/ 3 months . During bench Simply ask you to go far different location ... like if you are in bangalore , they ask to go to Pune. at the same time some resource in bench in Pune they will transfer to Bangalore. PSR- Type - Relocation - 100% you will get the CBPG rating :-) its an know fact All doors are closed ... only company main entrance is open for you to exit.
