      Admiral stand by their 4 pillars - Fun, Reward, Equality & Communication. We have a supportive Culture with a strong focus on wellbeing/worklife balance. There are flexible working options, plenty of opportunities for internal progression, training, and personal development. The benefits are also great including share schemes, hybrid working and discounts.

      Cons

      Can be a very fast paced environment & some of our tech/systems can be outdated.
