      Pros

      Decent salary, really good work/life balance, flexi time, share scheme, fully remote work, some really excellent people (kind and knowledgeable). A lot of perks you'd get from a smaller company but with the job security and financial performance of a big company

      Underperformers aren't properly scrutinised Confusing hierarchy
