      Pros

      The non-management people you deal with every day on your team are great.

      Cons

      The leadership is lacking in every department. CEO is out of touch especially compared to previous one. HR is absolutely terrible, VP is no better than previous VP. Gossip, fraternization, drama. Benefits are not great. Pay is ok. They are cheap. If you have been here a long time, your pay is awful. Don't be older, non-white or a woman. They think we don't talk, but we do.

      Pros

      Excellent company culture. Good opportunity for career growth when you put the work in and your goals are made clear. Actually feels like the company values its employees. Hybrid work is pretty flexible within reason.

      Cons

      It feels like the pay/compensation is average or a bit below average compared to market. Underwriting Guidelines are always changing and not always clear, but this may be the nature of our business, and not necessarily Admiral’s fault.

      Pros

      Admiral is a tremendous place to work!!! The people come first. The company President is a down to Earth real person that will help people change flat tires in the parking lot. Team building activities are well attended social things that people want to participate in rather than feeling forced to be involved in. Would be hard pressed to find anyone unwilling to help others. Big emphasis on innovation and technology. All ideas are given time to percolate and develop into potentially game changing and value driving projects.

      Cons

      Not many if any. People tend to stay a long time and retire from Admiral because it's a great place to be.
