This company could care less about its employees. The company gives 0-1% raises to the worker bees, while uneducated, overpaid senior management employees are paid hefty salaries, bonuses and given huge salary increases. Not only did the company reduce their pay incentives such as bonuses and salary increases, they even had the nerve to TAKE vacation, personal and sick days AWAY FROM from the employees, while posting record profits. There is no positive reinforcement , only negative. Admiral is a sinking ship and employees are desperately trying to jump ship before it sinks. This place is a joke! Stay away if you're looking for a rewarding career with a company that values its employees.!

Extreme favoritism. You only advance if your in the "club." One person is a glorified telephone operator (in the club) making in excess of $100K while other technical, educated and well trained folks (not in club) make under $70K
