Pros
Great opporutinity for entry level people, wonderfull training and coworkers, They have a ton of faith in people and are more than willing to throw someone in the deep end to see if they can swim. When you are getting commision the pay is incredible there are more people at that company under 30 making 100,00+ /yr than any where else i have even heard off, the money is insane. Overall (think nation wide) the people are phenomenal there were very few people out of the litterally thousands i met while working there that were any thing less than exceptional.
Cons
The pressure, the benefits, the base pay. Those three would be the most pressing, its hard to maintain any kind of work life balance under the enormous pressure that is exerted there, however that pressure is well detailed in the interview process and each person is well aware of what they are getting into.
