Pros
Your coworkers become family. Decent job if you are fresh out of college and want to gain experience. But that's all you want from it - learn what not to do. Do not become a lifer.
Cons
The company does not care for it's employees. They have heard from disgruntle employees for years and years. They have an EXTREMELY high turnover rate in all departments...that says it all, but they don't care. Instead of making things better, they do things to make it worse. Very few people are actually happy to work here. The ones that are happy have drank the kool-aid, preach the guiding principals but do not follow them and know how to manipulate things in their favor. There are great career opportunities here if you suck at your job and being a leader, but are able to get in with the "cliches". It's a hot mess from the field offices all the way up the corporate ladder. My personal experience was a very hostile work environment. I cannot even begin to describe how awful it was. From being yelled at for things I didn't do to getting in trouble because the team wasn't properly staffed, even after you and your coworkers told leadership over and over again. It came to the point to where I decided my happiest and self worth meant more than being disrespected by incompetent people. Quitting is the best decision I've made in my life in a long time.
