Pros
Great family oriented culture. They have an uncanny ability at being able tie together personal and monetary goals in perfect harmony. Like yeah the point is to get placements, earn commission, but it doesn’t really feel like work, it feels like you are just making a difference in people’s lives by helping them get jobs which we are—and so at Aerotek it’s like never forget that. You just happen to get money when you do it.
Cons
We have a feedback culture where people are asked to deliver feedback. But honestly it doesn’t work if people aren’t open to it or willing to change. It feels like a slick way to make employees feel like they have a voice but really it’s just to get us to heed what leadership is saying when they deliver feedback. It’s some slick psychological manipulation (I say that in jest). Otherwise no complaints, people are kind, it’s a professional diverse environment, where you can create your reality and make as much as you want. The best part is they give you a great base pay for security. I love my manager, director, and peers.
