Decent starting pay is about it, but they were trying to lower that when left. So I guess nothing?
Cons
- Constant supervision and reporting, get ready to feel like a kid in school. - Bosses who don't care about you or anyone else except themselves and will treat you like literal garbage. - A bonus structure that is set up as a pyramid scheme where all of the real money funnels upward and you don't see any of it. - 55 hours a week at least. (they claim it is 45) - They give you A TON of vacation days but you can't ever use them because of the expectations put on you. -If you aren't making the company money, you are out at 3 months. I worked there for less than 2 years and I can count the number of employees who were there when I started on one hand. - Nepotism, Favoritism, and Sexism - They only promote "top earners" with zero regard on whether or not they can be leaders.
