Pros

Lots of positions offer work at home opportunities.

Cons

The company is on a quest to become the largest healthcare company, and in doing so, doesn't care how this affects employees. Many mergers and acquisitions which results in very frequent reorganizations and job elimination. Employees are constantly worried about being let go, yet are told they must remain focused on their jobs and not about job elimination. Morale is very low because of constantly worrying if your position will be the one to be eliminated next. Benefits are the worst. The medical insurance offered here is ridiculous, as the only thing offered is a HDHP. Constantly shoving their political views down your throat and send emails to employees asking for contributions to their political fund. Also always shoving core values down your throat, but I have seen so much unethical behavior here that always goes unpunished. Ridiculous. Constantly boasting about earnings, but when it comes to bonuses, you never get your target regardless if you had a stellar performance review. Many locations have gym/workout facilities but you must pay to use them, so not really a benefit, IMO. They suck the life out of you if you are on salary, and you never get comp time for any extra hours worked. But if you are hourly, they want more and more done in a 40 hour week and will not pay overtime to get these things done, nor hire additional employees. Do yourself a favor and stay away and don't get involved.
