Toxic management, especially Clinical Services. Don’t care about your mental health. Favourtism within teams (managers hiring their friends etc) If you’re not pally with management, you’re treated less favourably. Shocking workload, no help given when struggling. Occ health referrals mean nothing - if management have an issue with you after you bring up issues or go off sick, they’ll twist it to make you the root cause of the issues when it’s really the lack of training, lack of support and toxic environment. HR are not there for the employees, they only back the company. could go on and write a book about everything wrong to be honest.
