Quality Specialist - Quality Specialist Almac Group Employee Review

Limited of pathway of progrssion internally within my area. You could be waiting a while for for people higher up to move on, or for team to grow before extra senior/ lead levels opens up (likely have to move departments or business units to find that development). Pay awards could be better (go beyond inflation level instead of being around inflation level) Maternity/paternity leave could be better, especially when in comparison to other pharmaceutical companies.
