Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take all feedback seriously, and I’m disappointed that you didn’t leave Anaplan with a positive feeling about the direction of the company. Anaplan has been through a lot of change in the past year, so one area the Executive Committee and I are focused on is getting feedback from our employees and collaborating with them to build a winning culture that feels authentic to Anaplan employees globally.
Diversity and inclusion continue to be an integral part of our business. One of the initiatives our DE&I team is focused on is increasing representation among senior-level roles. We know this is an area where we have work to do, and the Executive Committee and I are partnering closely with our DE&I team, Employee Resource Groups, talent acquisition team and recruiting partners to ensure we move the needle.
