Pros
1. Company: Anaplan is setting the pace to redefine the planning / EPM space. Since the Thoma Bravo acqusition, the company has executed on a very rich strategic and comprehensive plan to make this happen (from issuing revised pricing models to an application-first investment and mindset). It is not "business as usual" / it is very exciting. 2. Leadership: my experience has been extremely positive working with some of the most talented leaders I have encountred in my 25+ years experience in the business. Your point of view (when expressed) is noted and heard. The team also provides what is needed to get the job done. Also - management is transparent and very supportive. 3. Compensation: industry-leading and attractive.
Cons
As part of a recent aquisition (a much smaller firm), there were some adjustments to make in order to align with a larger company like Anaplan / but this is nothing unexpected.
