      Have never worked at a company where culture and value is so evident from CEO down to the troops.............doing the right thing comes as standard here.

      Pros

      The graduate scheme at Anglian Water offers a lot of support and development in the form of mentors, coaching, training etc, and as a graduate I'm given real responsibility to allow me to learn and help make a difference. Moving around the business through different placements every 3-4 months also means you get the chance to experience different teams, encourage collaboration and see where you fit best to work in the future. The company is also great to work for with a good culture and employee benefits.

      Nothing really comes to mind.
