Pros
This is no place for someone who needs hand-holding. You prove your worth quickly and then you get stuck in. Some people may like it - others don't You are recognised and rewarded for your hard work and efforts. Great product to work with -you get to work with a lot of different technologies
Cons
The interview process was fine - I had several interviews for the role. However, I did not enjoy using Workday as part of the process, felt it was unnecessarily complicated and not easy to use. Would have been happy to meet someone face to face and provide all the required details. A proper induction process would have been nice, again would prefer face to face, rather than virtual.
