Pros
Interesting job, where motivated people can take initiatives and be a part of the development of the Store. I worked with amazing people and made friends for life there. Products are awesome and working on it is a big pleasure, we know customers will be sastisfied. Pay was good when i enter there in 2009.
Cons
The company is changin in the bad way. Lower pays, reducing employees by stores, having less means to work everyday. Apple Retail is also the best to make employees expect promotion they never give to them. In fact the problem is many Store director and Managers are coming from other retail brands and they are working as they usually did, with fake promises, and creating clans in the Store. All of this can destroy the good vibes Apple succeed to create at the beginning.
