Thank you for your honesty, we completely agree with you, the experience of our people is unparalleled. We value our people, but of course, we can always look to improve. I would be keen to understand your experience on the lack of promotion in further detail because we certainly don't believe our engineers are interchangeable- each area within our business has a unique skill set, whilst we can learn from one another, you should be encouraged to be yourself.
