Pros
Excellent work-life balance compared with other semiconductor companies. The people make this company great and very engineering-focused. Most of the engineers are very friendly and open to helping anyone. Project information is accessible to a wider audience, so engineers know the bigger goals, which helps with morale. I would recommend it to anyone starting a career.
Cons
Career progress is slow and murky at the mid-level. Promotions are not only guided by talent and productivity, and service time is always considered, besides office politics. The total compensation package is not competitive with the other companies in the same business in the region.
