Pros

Training can be good, sent to central training every 3 months, people are good to work with

Cons

Experience will vary by branch, some people will progress further due to people leaving rather than excelling at their job, holidays are restrictive as working in small teams, will be moved around with little notice, pay is no where near high enough for work done

Our GTG training centres provides our employees with high quality training that is designed to complement your experience in the workplace. And I’m also glad you like the people you’re working with. As for restrictions to holidays in your role, this is sometimes because there’s limited cover in a branch, or as you say, you are working with small teams – however, if this is an ongoing problem, please talk to management or talk to the People Team. In terms of salary, we offer a very competitive package for our graduate positions compared to the rest of the motor industry, but I take your comments on board. Pros

Arnold Clark looks after there employees with free health care simply health and free eye checks you can call the people team if you have any problems personal i have not and have worked for them for 14years its the best company i have worked for loads of training available

Cons

not really any cons it does get really busy but time passes really quickly
