If you can deal with the cons and remain satisfied with the compensation, this is the company for you.
Cons
Favoritism runs rampant as well as discrimination. Traditional race-for-position hierarchy and compensation If you get on the wrong side of the wrong person, whether it's warranted or not, you might as well just quit. Promotions are non-existent. They constantly hire supervisors who have no experience and expect the people who know what they are doing to train them in. Management does not EVER listen to people who work on the floor on how to make improvements, which drops morale across the entire platform.
