Good benefits, competitive salary, most (not all) co-workers with long tenure are willing to share their time and experience to help you learn and grow.
Cons
Annual restructuring with position eliminations. Constant focus on expense reductions. The company used to be strong in employee development having a formal training center with valuable courses offered and a strong emphasis on new employee onboarding and training, but his is no longer the case.
