No Growth nothing new to learn too much depedency on US Team and so no Sleep in Night Hours and then if there is some issue in AEST hours you are expected to answer calls from your manager and get on teams and then again follow up on the issue with US team its health nightmare with no sleep hours
Off late everything seems have become priority and needs to be completed TODAY
there is annual leave and cutltural days off for a reason we are not SUPPOSE TO GET CALLS FOR TO COME WORK OR DO TASK IF WE ARE OFF IF THERE IS MAJOR ISSUE YOU FIX IT YOU ARE MANAGER TEAM LEAD WHATEVER FOR A REASON
and the worst part is no compensation for extra hours
