Pros

Full time 40 hours, pay is decent

Cons

No support at all from mangers you will get upset customers calling demanding for a manager good luck there is no line to call for a manager you have to send them a message in chat which they never respond the team leads that are there never respond to escalated calls your stuck with the customer asking why a manager is not available you are told to submit a manager callback request and will get back within 24-48 business hours which you will get a call from the same customer weeks later a manager never called training is a joke you will have maybe 1 -2 clients to work for it’s dealing with mortgage insurance for banks they only train you for 1 bank and then your thrown on the phones hoping you are giving correct information there is a chat you can ask for help but good luck with them responding I’ve asked a question at the beginning of my shift it’s time to go home 7 hours later still no response as the people I’m chat are also taking calls meaning no one can respond in a timely manner

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
