Pros

Co-workers are very friendly. Supervisors have been good about giving feedback although adequate time has not been allowed. Work is straightforward

Cons

Management appears to show favoritism toward certain employees. Job is high stress. Many customer are very irate with company polices that are inflexible. Frontline agents are not empowered to resolve simple customer problems. Management frequently fails to provide adequate communication of changes to policies or procedures.

Pros

Remote work across all lines of business allows for a flexible work environment

Cons

There is almost no opportunity for growth. The company laid off quite a few employees recently as part of a planned reduction in force while also reporting its highest quarterly earnings. There's no loyalty to tenured employees.
