You wont be getting enough hours to ever pay into your pension unless your promoted to management,, workers are skillfully sidelined to the point where good experienced staff are ignored so new straff can be employed on minor hour contracts thus enabling no member of non management staff to ever reach a pay scale ( over 10k ) where the company will have to match a pension payment, very underhand and indeed dispicable way to do business, all staff are told they are automatically enrolled into pension scheme ( a legal requirement ) but then allotted shifts so as they can no way make a pension payment, and neither does the company, pretty poor all round, staff moral at an all time low. Atypical race to the bottom type of company and damn the workforce.
