Not much to be honest, training is poor, senior management show very little support and just like to complain

They set unrealistic targets and then expect you to work more than your contracted hours without compensation. Additionally, it's not helpful when the Area Manager and regional manager are telling you different things, as this creates confusion and can be demotivating. It's important to have clear and consistent communication from management in order to do your job effectively and efficiently. Working under these conditions can be frustrating and demoralising. It's important to prioritise your well-being and this company does not care if your burning out from overwork.
