Pros
store staff are friendly and its easy to talk to managers, most days go by without too much trouble. staff disscount is generous as is the base pay no matter your age.
Cons
marketplace is awful for customers and staff alike at the moment. abscence policy from the dark ages makes you feel like a naughty child and no where near enough staff on shop floor. returns policy looses them so much money and encourages customers to just be rude and make a scene to get whatever they want as managment wont back staff in the face of an angry cusomer.
