Average place to work - Technical Project Manager BBC Employee Review

Pay is still not great Constant restructuring which distracts from actual work Non-existent perks. We get 1 extra day off for Corporation day but everything else is a joke, especially so the Employee perks which offer "discounts" on some shopping. Honestly.... Almost no career progression - there are no promotions or pay rises for doing great work (which they tell you you are doing). You have to wait for a job opening and apply for a higher level role. BBC is getting very corporate and process driven HR is non-functional
